Same Ole, Same Ole

Nothing really going on, but I felt like making a post on my blog. Other then trick-or-treating with Emily and Susan this week, nothing else exciting has really happened. Just basically been at work, class, or chilling at home.

I will say one thing, and this doesn't really have to do with anything, but I have been able to sleep much better and get up so much easier since we moved clocks back an hour. This area of Indiana is still adjusting to the whole time change thing since this is the first year we've had to do it. I, however, am liking it being somewhat light out now when I wake-up in the morning. Although, I suppose as it gets closer to winter, that will change and it will gradually get to where it is still dark out at 7:00a.m. when I get up.

I work this weekend. Big excitement there. Next weekend though I don't work at either job because I'm going on a shopping trip with my mom. Someone my mom knows puts together this big trip every year, and we take a bus out to Illinois and go to a bunch of outlet malls and do like Christmas shopping. It sounds like it will be a lot of fun.

Well, I'm off. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Happy Belated Halloween!

Hope everyone had a good Halloween. It's the one time of year we get to have fun here at work and dress up. I was going to be a stoplight, as I did that costume a long time ago when I was little, but the box I was going to use would not work out properly. So I decided to wear my pajamas and bring my down blanket and pillow. I was "Asleep". LOL It was the most comfortable and cozy costume let me tell ya! LOL It was fun. There were a few people here with some really good costumes.

After work, I headed out to go trick-or-treating with Emmy and Susan. Emmy was the Cat in the Hat this year. It was such a cute costume. I will have pictures on here later. Susan and Emmy found this Cat in the Hat hat at a rummage sale and then just put together the rest of the costume. Can you believe though they forgot all about a tail!? I mean what is a cat without a tail. Luckily I was able to come up with a good solution. We took a black troser sock, and stuffed it with newspaper. It worked out really well!

Anyways, that is about all that is going on here. Just been busy with work and classes. Hope everyone has had a good week thus far!
